Bring Your Class

Are you looking for a way to bring meaningful experiential learning into your classroom? Let's work together.

Reservation Process

We want to make it as simple as possible for you to bring your class to our spaces. 

  1. Check out our evolving menu of standardized programs to see if one of them helps to meet your goals. We're also happy to work with you to create a customized experience.
  2. Make a reservation request through our online reservation form. Be sure to include the name of the program you're requesting or, if it's a custom session, some of your goals/ideas for the class.
  3. When we've received your request, we'll set up a brief in-person or virtual planning consultation and confirm your visit. 

Please submit requests at least two weeks in advance for the best chance of securing your preferred visit date and program. If at any time you encounter a problem with the form, or have a question, please email creative@pitt.edu.

We've begun to collect some resources to help you think about the importance of creativity in your field. We welcome information that you'd like to share with your colleagues: email us at creative@pitt.edu with relevant links, and we'll gather them here.
