Center for Creativity Graduate Student Assistant Opportunity

The Center for Creativity (C4C) seeks a Graduate Student Assistant (GSA) for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 terms. This is a unique opportunity for a graduate student with a background in producing and understanding the production of creative work (e.g., art, poetry, music, letterpress and book arts, or theater) to engage with people whose involvement in the creative process may be as a novice, an experimenter, or an experienced practitioner. 

The GSA will collaborate with the Center’s directors and staff to implement and improve programming and strategic projects and will assist in data collection activities and literature reviews. The C4C is particularly interested in engaging with graduate students who see alignment between creativity and their proposed research focus.  

The GSA appointment of 20 hours per week includes a monthly stipend, individual health insurance coverage in the UPMC Health Plan for graduate students, and a tuition scholarship including most fees.
